If you’re celebrating a special occasion, enjoying time away with friends and family or you just really fancy a restaurant experience from the comfort of your lodge, then our private chef option is perfect for you.
We have partnered with Ed Brown of Eddicurean to provide you with a true restaurant experience without any hassle. Ed is currently a chef at a high-end restaurant in Fitzrovia, London and he runs his own private chef and events catering business – Eddicurean – on his days off.
Eddicurean will take care of everything – arriving at a previously agreed time to set the table and prepare a delicious, seasonal meal. Using the best, locally sourced ingredients, Eddicurean will provide a meal fit for the occasion – whether it is a tasting menu, canapés or a simple Sunday lunch – he will also provide something healthy and wholesome for your children.
You will be served exquisite food and all of the clearing up will be done for you allowing you to enjoy the rest of your evening in your lodge.
Eddicurean will cater for 2 – 12 people and can provide food for your children separately. The private chef experience must be booked with at least 1 months’ notice and the final menu agreed 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Below are some example summer menus. All food is prepared from fresh and so guests must all choose the same thing for each course but allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated for.
